How do I upgrade from Familia 4 to Familia 8?

Upgrading is easy! Log in to your account dashboard and go to Plans section, or call our support team at (02) 8123-4567. If you're on a monthly plan, the upgrade takes effect immediately. For 1-year plan subscribers, we'll prorate your remaining months and apply the credit to your new Familia 8 plan. There are no upgrade fees or technician visit charges—your existing modem supports both plans.
