Subscriber to the Woofy Prepaid Service also agrees and consents to the disclosure and the processing/analyzing, either by Woofy or by third parties on behalf of the Company, of personal data, including location profiling and interest profiling based on sites visited for marketing and other purposes. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company and its third parties may send the subscriber commercial and promotional advertisements, market research surveys and other broadcast push messages with regard to Value Added Services (VAS) and content, as well as perform credit scoring and data sharing.
