How to request a technician visit for my Familia WiFi?
Request a technician visit through: 1) Your dashboard - go to Support > Request Technician Visit, 2) Call 24/7 hotline at (02) 8123-4567, 3) Live chat on our website or mobile app, 4) Facebook Messenger or Viber. Provide your account number and describe the issue. For urgent technical problems (complete outage), technicians can visit within 24 hours. For non-urgent requests (equipment relocation, upgrades), we'll schedule within 2-5 business days. Emergency support is FREE, relocation services have a ₱500 fee.
