How do I make a direct/self top-up?
Log in to your Familia account through the portal. Select Top-Up. Choose your payment method: GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, BDO, BPI Online, QRPh, or Credit/Debit Card. Enter the amount you want to top up. Click Cash In. Once your balance is updated, go to the Subscription Plan and select your plan.
