My device is unable to connect to WiFi. What should I do?

Make sure you are connected to “Woofy WiFi” using your Familia account. Option 1: Log in to your Familia account portal and check your device limit to ensure your plan has not exceeded the allowed number of connected devices. Option 2: Log in to your Familia account portal, under the Dashboard, check your active package to confirm that your subscription is active.
