What to do if some devices can't connect to my Familia WiFi?
If specific devices can't connect: 1) Verify you're using the correct WiFi password, 2) Check if the device is registered in your Familia account (only registered devices get bandwidth allocation), 3) Ensure you haven't exceeded your plan limit (4 or 8 devices), 4) Restart both the router and the problem device, 5) Try forgetting the network on your device and reconnecting, 6) For older devices, make sure they support the WiFi frequency (2.4GHz or 5GHz). Contact support if you need to register new devices or troubleshoot compatibility issues.
